How it works

  1. Upload — drag and drop or browse for a JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, or PDF file (up to 10 MB). One free conversion per visitor.
  2. OCR — each receipt is read by AI. Nothing is saved to a database or storage bucket.
  3. Download — your .xlsx file has one row per receipt: merchant, amount, currency, date, category, tax amount.

Security & privacy

  • Files are validated by content type (magic bytes), not just file extension.
  • PDFs are parsed for text only — no macros or scripts are executed.
  • Images are re-encoded before OCR, stripping any hidden data.
